With a strong pipeline of repeat business and long-standing relationships with healthcare systems, architects, and facility operators, the organization continues to be a trusted construction partner throughout the region.Employees are given the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced industry professionals, and develop their careers within a supportive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence, accountability, and professional growth.Job DescriptionManage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and procurement plans.Coordinate with healthcare administrators, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Lead project meetings and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders.Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Work closely with Superintendents to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.Manage construction activities within occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, infection control, life safety, and healthcare regulatory requirements.Track project costs and maintain profitability through effective financial management.Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful project outcomes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5+ years of Healthcare Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.Healthcare construction experience required.Experience managing medical office buildings, hospitals, ambulatory care centers, surgical suites, imaging facilities, or healthcare renovations.Strong understanding of healthcare construction procedures, regulations, and operational constraints.Experience managing projects valued between $5M and $50M+.Proven ability to lead project teams and build strong client relationships.Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $162,000 to $198,000 USD.Exceptional health benefits.Generous paid time off (PTO).Interested?
