Job Description

  • Lead all field operations, schedules, and labor budgets on assigned projects
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors and self-perform trades on site
  • Partner closely with project managers, owners, and design teams
  • Drive safety, quality control, and documentation across the job-site
  • Mentor and develop superintendents and field leadership talent

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of construction supervision experience
  • Background in K‑12, industrial, or healthcare projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and field operations
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and complex projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
