Job Description

Lead onsite construction activities for healthcare projects in active facilities.
Coordinate renovations and ground‑up work while maintaining hospital operations.
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and safety on active campuses.
Maintain schedule, quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Conduct daily site walks, coordination meetings, and safety reviews.
Work closely with Senior Superintendents and project teams.
Represent the company professionally with owners, facilities teams, and inspectors.
Ensure clean, organized, and patient‑safe job sites at all times.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Healthcare construction experience is required (hospitals, MOBs, active campuses).
Experience working in occupied or operational facilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Stable work history required; jumpy candidates will not be considered.
Team‑oriented mindset, comfortable working within structured project teams.
Local to the Upstate SC market (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, etc.) preferred.
Relocation considered, but local candidates can move faster.
