• Lead all onsite construction activities for healthcare renovation work.
• Coordinate subcontractors in an active medical environment.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
• Manage schedule, quality, and site logistics.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings and site walks.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and healthcare stakeholders.
• Ensure work is completed with minimal disruption to facility operations.
