Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects in occupied facilities
  • Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics to ensure a safe execution
  • Maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety protocols
  • Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and hospital staff
  • Proactively resolving field issues to minimize disruption to patients and operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
  • Proven experience working in occupied hospital environments
  • Ability to commute throughout DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore
  • Comfortable with early field hours (typically 6:00am - 2:30pm)
  • Willing to meet vaccination requirements (flu required; COVID preferred)
