With a reputation built on quality, collaboration, and execution, they continue to be a trusted partner for architects, designers, and homeowners alike.Job DescriptionManage multiple luxury residential renovation projects concurrently.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and ownership teams.Review construction drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project buyout.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or construction challenges.Conduct regular site visits and work closely with Superintendents to ensure quality and safety standards are met.Manage client communications and provide consistent project updates.Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and project billings.Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and closeout procedures.Ensure all work is executed in accordance with project plans and client expectations.Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
