Job Description

  • Manage multiple luxury residential renovation projects concurrently.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and ownership teams.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project buyout.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or construction challenges.
  • Conduct regular site visits and work closely with Superintendents to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage client communications and provide consistent project updates.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and project billings.
  • Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and closeout procedures.
  • Ensure all work is executed in accordance with project plans and client expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful High-end Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential interior renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes.
  • Experience working on penthouses, condos, co-ops, townhomes, or brownstones preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost management experience.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
