High-end Project Manager

• Manage all phases of high-end residential renovation projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
• Lead subcontractor bidding, procurement, and contract administration efforts.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scope requirements.
• Oversee project financials, including change orders, billings, and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with site Superintendents to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are met.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project status updates.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, delays, and construction issues proactively.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners.
