Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.Job DescriptionManage all phases of high-end residential renovation projects.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.Coordinate closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and consultants.Lead subcontractor bidding, procurement, and contract administration efforts.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scope requirements.Oversee project financials, including change orders, billings, and cost tracking.Collaborate with site Superintendents to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are met.Conduct regular client meetings and provide project status updates.Identify and resolve project challenges, delays, and construction issues proactively.Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and project documentation.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations.Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
