High End Residential Superintendent - NH

• Supervise all onsite construction activities for high-end residential projects in Sunapee.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain quality control by overseeing project standards and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Identify and resolve any project-related challenges or delays promptly.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
• Review and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Oversee material procurement and inventory control onsite.
