Higher Education Construction Estimator

• Develop accurate cost estimates for higher education construction projects, ensuring alignment with client budgets and timelines.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and present them to stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to address client needs and project expectations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, bids, and related correspondence.
