Job Description

  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of hospitality construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to established plans.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Hospitality Project Manager should have:

5+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.

Experience managing hospitality, multifamily, high-rise, or large commercial projects.

Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
