The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping drive employee engagement and compliance initiatives.Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and pre-employment processes.Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and workplace issues.Support compensation, benefits administration, and leave management programs, including compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.Coordinate employee actions, including hires, pay changes, promotions, and terminations, ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping.Process payroll and maintain HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics.Partner with operational leadership on employee development, coaching, and disciplinary processes.Serve as a backup to HR leadership and assist with special HR projects and compliance initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
