Job Description

  • Support day-to-day HR operations for corporate and retail employees
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
  • Assist with performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
  • Support leave administration, compliance, and employment documentation
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding
  • Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience within a retail environment (required)
  • Luxury retail, fashion, apparel, or consumer retail experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with an HRIS such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and manage competing priorities
