Job Description

  • Coordinate high-volume, multi-stage interview scheduling across multiple open positions
  • Partner closely with recruiters to ensure interview processes stay on track and stakeholders remain informed
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Collect and manage interview feedback while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Welcome and assist candidates during onsite interviews
  • Support recruiting operations, reporting, and administrative projects
  • Assist with process improvements and additional HR projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar administrative role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working in high-volume recruiting or operations environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively solving problems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) are a strong plus
