Job Description

* Manage projects from planning through closeout across industrial, commercial, and redevelopment assets

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders

* Support budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and project reporting activities

* Track RFIs, project documentation, schedules, and construction progress

* Drive successful execution of tenant improvement and adaptive reuse projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 3+ years of commercial and/or industrial construction experience

* Experience managing projects in a design-build environment preferred

* Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
