Known for exceptional customer relationships and a high level of repeat business, they offer a collaborative environment where employees can make a direct impact on company growth.Job DescriptionThe Industrial Project Manager / Estimator - Charlotte Metro will be respinsible for:Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities while supporting business development and client relationship growth.Leading preconstruction efforts, preparing estimates and bids, and participating in project planning activities.Managing construction projects from award through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.Collaborating with field operations teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.Maintaining strong communication with customers to help generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.Traveling regularly to project sites and client locations within approximately a 1 to 2-hour radius.Reporting directly to the President and playing a key role in the company's continued growth strategy.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
