Known for its tenant-focused approach and commitment to operational excellence, the organization offers a collaborative environment where employees are empowered to drive property performance, enhance tenant satisfaction, and contribute to long-term portfolio growth.Job DescriptionThe Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of an assigned industrial property portfolio while partnering closely with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maximize asset value.Build and maintain strong tenant relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing account administration, including supporting rent collection efforts.Partner with asset management teams to drive tenant retention, minimize vacancy, and improve portfolio performance.Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure cost-effective property operations.Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure assets are maintained to high operational and safety standards.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and expense management to achieve portfolio financial objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
