Job Description

  • Lead multiple Class A office interior projects simultaneously.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
  • Drive preconstruction planning and collaborate with estimating teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and field teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Oversee contract administration, change management, and project reporting.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while supporting team development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interior Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
  • Strong background delivering Class A office interior projects.
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Knowledge of construction management software and project controls platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
