Job Description

As the Interior Superintendent, you will report to a Senior Superintendent or Project Manager and take ownership of day-to-day field operations.

  • Manage interior construction activities from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and short-interval schedules
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project plans
  • Lead daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Track progress against schedule and proactively resolve field issues
  • Oversee punch lists and ensure timely project delivery
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

For the Interior Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as an Interior Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role
  • Strong background in commercial interior construction projects
  • Experience across sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, or multifamily
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced build-outs
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and interior scopes
  • Proficiency with construction technology and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
