Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of interior construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with initial plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.
  • Resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process to maintain project momentum.
