Despite their success, they maintain a close-knit team environment where every employee has a direct impact on the company's future.Job DescriptionProject Management: Manage a portfolio of 5-10 concurrent commercial interior construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value.Quality Control: Oversee projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are achieved.Team Leadership: Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle.Documentation: Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.Schedule Management: Conduct project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.Safety Compliance: Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
