The Charlotte office is a close-knit team where collaboration, accountability, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.Job Description The Interiors Superintendent will oversee field operations for commercial interior renovation and tenant upfit projects throughout the Charlotte region. Working closely with Project Managers, this individual will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Additional responsibilities:Lead daily field operations for commercial interior construction projects.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.Monitor project progress and proactively address field issues.Drive subcontractor performance and hold trade partners accountable to project expectations.Maintain project quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.Collaborate closely with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.If interested, please apply using the link below.
