Job Description

This Investment Associate / Senior Investment Analyst role reports directly into the senior investment leadership team and offers broad exposure across acquisitions, asset management and portfolio strategy. Unlike many investment organisations, there is no handoff between teams, giving the successful candidate true ownership throughout the investment lifecycle.

  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities through detailed financial modelling and underwriting.
  • Conduct operational and property-level analysis to identify value creation opportunities.
  • Support due diligence, investment committee materials and transaction execution.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and work alongside operating partners to drive results.
  • Analyse profit and loss statements and operational metrics to inform investment decisions.
  • Assist with asset management initiatives, budgeting, forecasting and business plan execution.
  • Build relationships with institutional capital partners, operators and senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

For the Investment Associate / Senior Investment Analyst we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Experience within seniors housing, healthcare real estate, multifamily, hospitality, or a related operational real estate sector.
  • Strong financial modelling, underwriting and valuation capabilities.
  • Ability to analyse property-level and operating company profit and loss statements.
  • Experience in acquisitions, asset management or broader real estate investments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with financial modelling.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance investment analysis with operational considerations.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior leadership.
