Job Description

The Investment Associate will join a growing investment team and work closely with senior leadership across the full investment lifecycle. This role offers exposure to acquisitions, portfolio management, and investment execution across a wide range of real estate assets.

  • Conduct detailed financial underwriting and investment analysis for prospective acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Perform market research, due diligence, and sector analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment committee presentations and memoranda to evaluate opportunities.
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, operating partners, and external stakeholders throughout transactions.
  • Support asset management initiatives by maintaining financial models, forecasting performance, and identifying value creation opportunities.
  • Produce fund-level and asset-level reporting for internal stakeholders and external investors.
  • Assist in the development of business plans and monitor investment performance across the portfolio.

The Successful Applicant

For the Investment Associate we are seeking:

  • Minimum two years of relevant commercial real estate experience within acquisitions, asset management, investment management, private equity, lending, or advisory.
  • Advanced financial modelling, underwriting, and analytical capabilities.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated interest in real estate investing and capital markets.
