Investments Analyst - Multifamily - Chicago, IL

The Investment Analyst will report into senior leadership and support the execution of real estate investment strategies across multifamily development and acquisitions.

• Build and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow, internal rate of return, and equity waterfall structures
• Support underwriting of acquisition and development opportunities, including feasibility studies and scenario analysis
• Conduct financial due diligence by analysing operating statements, rent rolls, debt structures, and third-party reports
• Produce investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders and capital partners
• Monitor portfolio performance and support investor reporting alongside finance and asset management teams
• Carry out detailed market research, including rental and sales comparables, supply pipelines, and macro trends
• Assist with capital raising processes, including preparation of offering materials and managing data rooms
