Operating across the full investment lifecycle, the business combines institutional discipline with an entrepreneurial culture, offering exposure to acquisitions, development and asset management within a collaborative, high-performance environment.Job DescriptionThe Investment Analyst will report into senior leadership and support the execution of real estate investment strategies across multifamily development and acquisitions.Build and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow, internal rate of return, and equity waterfall structuresSupport underwriting of acquisition and development opportunities, including feasibility studies and scenario analysisConduct financial due diligence by analysing operating statements, rent rolls, debt structures, and third-party reportsProduce investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders and capital partnersMonitor portfolio performance and support investor reporting alongside finance and asset management teamsCarry out detailed market research, including rental and sales comparables, supply pipelines, and macro trendsAssist with capital raising processes, including preparation of offering materials and managing data roomsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
