Job Description

* Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and material deliveries
* Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout construction
* Partner with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve issues proactively

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
* Background in Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Aviation, or Government projects
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Stable work history with demonstrated project ownership and accountability
* Knowledge of scheduling, safety compliance, and commercial construction best practices

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 + annual performance bonus
