Our client is an employee-owned commercial general contractor specializing in hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, and wood-frame construction projects. With a strong backlog of ground-up developments ranging from $9M-$15M+, the company offers a collaborative environment, direct access to leadership, and significant long-term growth potential.

Job Description

* Manage ground-up hospitality, multifamily, and assisted living projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and construction documentation.

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders across multiple projects.

* Utilize Procore and Primavera P6 to drive project execution and reporting.

* Conduct site visits and ensure projects maintain quality, safety, and schedule objectives.

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.

* Hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, or wood-frame construction experience preferred.

* Ability to independently manage projects without dedicated APM support.

* Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6.

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

What's on Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary + bonus potential.
