Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing cost estimates and tender submissions for civil construction projects
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and plant
  • Request and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain estimating databases and cost records
  • Support bid reviews and post-tender handovers
  • Adhere to company systems, procedures, and safety standards
