Junior Estimator - Mixed-Commercial Construction

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions.
• Assist in preparing bids and proposals for potential projects.
• Support project teams during pre-construction and planning phases.
• Monitor and evaluate project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Provide input on value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
