Job Description

  • Building estimates from concept through final design
  • Support the development of value engineering solutions to optimize project costs
  • Working directly with repeat clients (not chasing cold leads)
  • Collaborating with operations, field teams, and leadership
  • Developing scopes from sketches or early ideas
  • Oversee and manage construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the estimating process
