With a reputation for integrity, strong client relationships, and exceptional project execution, they continue to expand their presence throughout the region while investing in the growth and success of their employees.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.Analyze plans, bid documents, and project requirements.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.Develop conceptual, schematic, design development, and hard-bid estimates.Assist in preparing bid proposals, qualifications, and pricing packages.Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, architects, and clients during preconstruction.Maintain and update subcontractor and vendor databases.Conduct scope reviews and bid leveling analysis.Support turnover meetings to project management and field teams after project award.Stay current on construction costs, labor trends, and material pricing.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
