K- 12 - Pre-Con Manager

• Develop and manage pre-construction budgets, schedules, and project plans for K-12 construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client goals.
• Analyze project specifications and provide accurate cost estimates to facilitate decision-making.
• Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and resources without compromising quality.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractor bidding and selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Support the transition from pre-construction to construction phases, ensuring seamless handoff to project management teams.
