K-12 - Senior Superintendent

• Oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment on-site.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
