Job Description

The Project Manager will report into a Senior Project Executive and take full ownership of a large-scale K-12 project, managing delivery from preconstruction through to completion.

  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
  • Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved
  • Oversee financial performance including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members and support a high-performing project environment

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • K-12 or education project experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record managing ground-up projects end-to-end
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Experience with Procore, Primavera, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with leadership capability
