K12 Senior Superintendent - $100m+ Project

• Oversee all phases of K12 construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Supervise and lead construction teams, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any project challenges.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project delivery.
