Job Description

  • Provide leadership and oversight for multiple K-12 construction projects valued between $40M and $100M
  • Mentor, train, and support Assistant Superintendents and Superintendent teams
  • Partner with Project Management teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Lead scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and safety initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance and assist teams in resolving complex construction challenges
  • Support workforce planning, field operations, and best practice implementation
  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, development, and project success

The Successful Applicant

A successful K12 Senior Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on large-scale K-12 construction projects
  • Strong background managing projects valued at $40M+ with exposure up to $100M
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple teams and field operations simultaneously
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for mentoring and developing younger Superintendents and field leaders
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence teams and drive results
  • Experience with scheduling, safety, quality control, and project delivery
  • Stable career history with strong tenure progression
