Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building codes.
  • Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Communicate progress and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure professional growth and project success.
