This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic medical device manufacturing customers. The successful candidate will lead complex, long-cycle sales opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships within highly regulated healthcare markets.

Job Description

  • Manage a select group of major strategic accounts.
  • Drive account growth across existing customer relationships.
  • Navigate long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams.
  • Support both domestic and international customer initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience selling components, technologies, systems, or solutions into medical device manufacturers or healthcare OEMs.
  • Ability to manage strategic customer relationships and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
  • Medical industry experience preferred; candidates with adjacent technical or engineered product backgrounds may also be considered.
  • Open to varying levels of experience for candidates demonstrating strong potential and commercial acumen.



What's on Offer



Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary approximately $110,000-$130,000.
  • Significant incentive opportunity with strong upside potential.
  • Remote-based role within the Eastern or Central U.S.
  • Moderate travel requirement, generally less than 50%.
