Job Description

**Fully remote opportunity for candidates located in Eastern or Central Time Zone**

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic medical device OEM accounts representing $35M-$40M in annual revenue.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, procurement, operations, and supply chain functions.
  • Drive organic growth within existing accounts by identifying new applications and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead complex, long-cycle sales opportunities from opportunity identification through commercialization.
  • Create and execute account strategies to support customer retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Travel approximately 30-40% to support customer meetings, business reviews, and relationship development.

The Successful Applicant

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management, strategic sales, or business development within the medical device, life sciences, healthcare manufacturing, or related industries
  • Proven success managing complex customer relationships and driving growth within existing accounts
  • Experience selling to medical device OEMs strongly preferred
  • Background in filtration, flow control, fluid management, tubing, connectors, infusion technologies, engineered components, or similar technical products is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage lengthy sales cycles and coordinate across multiple customer stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% domestically and internationally



Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates from medical manufacturing, medical components, fluid management, filtration, flow control, tubing, connectors, contract manufacturing, or related technical industries will be particularly well aligned with this opportunity. Experience working with large medical device manufacturers and OEMs is highly valued.
