Laborer/Field Personnel - Freeport, ME

• Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support skilled tradespeople with construction activities as needed.
• Load and unload construction materials and ensure proper storage on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
• Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support project progress.
