Lead Electrical Superintendent

• Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to the management team.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of performance.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings as required.
• Identify and resolve any project challenges promptly and effectively.
