Job Description

  • Manage healthcare and higher education projects from planning through closeout
  • Lead budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Partner with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and project performance goals are achieved
  • Drive project profitability while identifying and mitigating risks throughout the construction life-cycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and scheduling
  • Proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, Sage 300, Timberline, or similar construction software
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
