Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and field teams
  • Support project execution alongside Superintendents
  • Guide client meetings and ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
  • Healthcare and/or K-12 project experience preferred
  • Procore experience is a plus with strong communication skills
