The organization delivers multi-billion-dollar capital programs supporting reliability, data center growth, and clean energy transition through complex high-voltage infrastructure projects.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end execution of 69kV-500kV transmission and substation projects from planning through commissioningManage EPC contractors, Engineers of Record, and multi-discipline engineering teams (civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical)Own project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, accruals, and financial reporting for multi-million-dollar capital portfoliosDrive project schedules, risk mitigation, and recovery planning across concurrent high-voltage infrastructure programsLead scope development, proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations with vendors and utilitiesCoordinate utility interconnections for transmission, renewable (wind/solar/BESS), and large-load/data center projectsOversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental approvals with AHJs and stakeholdersManage construction support including RFIs, submittals, field coordination, and issue resolutionServe as primary client-facing liaison ensuring alignment on design intent, execution strategy, and project performanceLead project kickoff, resource planning, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure execution readinessMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
