Employees benefit from a collaborative culture, strong executive support, and clear opportunities for advancement.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will:Lead a major construction project from preconstruction through completionServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholdersManage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reportingOversee contracts, procurement, subcontractor management, and project documentationLead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staffCoordinate design and construction activities to ensure project successManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project controlsMonitor financial performance and maintain budget objectivesIdentify project risks and implement proactive solutionsLead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadershipOversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control effortsEnsure successful project closeout and client satisfactionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
