With continued growth and an active project pipeline, they are expanding their operations team to support current and upcoming work throughout Massachusetts.Job DescriptionThe Lead Superintendent will have full ownership of on-site construction operations on ground-up commercial projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in coordination with all stakeholders. This individual will work closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership while directing subcontractors and field personnel across active job sites.ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day field operations for commercial ground-up construction projectsChampion site safety programs and maintain compliance with all project requirementsManage subcontractors, site logistics, manpower coordination, and sequencing activitiesDrive project schedules, short-term look-aheads, and milestone achievementOversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and project closeoutCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and local authorities having jurisdictionMaintain detailed field reporting, project documentation, progress tracking, and as-built recordsSupport project planning, mobilization efforts, and proactive problem-solving throughout constructionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
