• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Lead and mentor site staff to foster a productive and professional work environment.
