The company offers strong compensation, a supportive culture, and direct access to senior leadership.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Acting as the primary on-site leader coordinating day-to-day construction activitiesManaging relationships with owners, architects, and engineersDeveloping and maintaining project schedules, including critical path planningEnforcing safety programs and ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standardsManaging subcontractors, labor coordination, and overall site logisticsOverseeing quality control and ensuring all work meets contract documentsResolving field issues related to design, scheduling, labor, and materialsCoordinating across all trades to maintain project flow and alignmentReviewing and approving mock-ups and testing proceduresSupporting budget tracking and project cost control effortsAssisting with billing processes, including WIP and subcontractor paymentsCommunicating project updates to stakeholders and leadershipSupporting design changes and ensuring proper implementation in the fieldMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
