Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities and daily coordination
  • Run daily huddles, pull planning, and scheduling updates
  • Manage engineers, subcontractors, and change orders
  • Interface with clients, architects, and safety teams
  • Oversee quality, safety, and project delivery metrics

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 4+ years' superintendent or site leadership experience
  • Data center, industrial, or large commercial projects
  • Strong MEP or electrical coordination exposure preferred
  • Able to navigate active job sites and physical demands
  • Clear communicator; thrives in fast-paced environments
