Job Description

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates.
  • Review and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing affordable housing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software.
