Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Build - Cape Cod

The Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Build - Cape Cod will:

• Manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.
